NOTE: The property is also for sale, so there may be the occasional time when we need to show it to a prospective buyer. If that happens, you would of course always be notified in advance, and we would arrange it in the most convenient way possible.

• In the event of a cancellation made 31 days or more before the arrival date, 90% of the amount paid will be refunded, and any management and transaction costs actually incurred may, where applicable, be deducted.
• If the cancellation is made between 30 and 15 days before arrival, 60% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• If the cancellation is made between 14 and 8 days before arrival, 25% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival, in the event of a no-show, or in the case of early termination of the stay.
